Gator Jawn branded products are protected with a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship direct from the manufacturer, to the original purchaser for all components included in your product or kit with the exception of the adhesive pads and the fasteners such as hex bolts and wing nuts. All included lifetime warranty components will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion. Gator Jawn products and or covered components found to be defective in materials or workmanship must have proof of purchase to the original purchaser with the order no. referenced.
Corrosion, oxidization and or discoloration of metal parts and or fading of the Nylon solid braided anchor cord, deck anchor components and ground stakes, or discolorations of any kind are not covered as acceptable claims for warranty. All metal components are surface treated corrosion resistance and should be rinsed with fresh water after use to prevent buildup of oxidizations. Proper storage of your product away from the direct impacts of excessive exposures when not in use is recommended to prevent premature discolorations or fading.
Improper application and use of the adhesive pads and over tightening of the Nylon wing nuts to secure the Gator Jawn to the pole item(s) are considered consumable and replaceable items and should be cared for accordingly and are not covered under the lifetime warranty. Adhesive pads supplied with your product will last for years when properly cared for.
In the unlikely event your Adhesive pads or the nylon hex bolts and wing nuts become unusable or fail within the first 12 months of purchase, we will replace these items under the limited portion of this warranty as a one-time replacement to the original purchaser with proof of order.
Should your purchased product fail, break, crack or otherwise have the inability to perform the intended and designed for purpose as a direct result of said failure within the warranty periods, we will replace or repair it free of charge at our discretion.
All warranty claims must have an RMA prior to shipping your product to us. Please use the Contact Us page and request an RMA. Please also provide as much information as possible as to the original purchaser either submitting the purchaser's name, order number, and or marketplace the unit was purchased from. i.e.: purchased from Amazon or Direct from VG Creatives, Walmart, Google Shopping, eBay or other online or retail marketplace.
